B
binocular vision
Simultaneous vision with the right and left eyes. In Carl Zeiss progressive lenses, special consideration is given to binocular vision through the use of horizontal symmetry. This is achieved by providing wearers with identical visual impressions when they change their direction of gaze as well as unimpaired fusion and unimpaired depth perception. In individualized progressive lenses the incorporation of each wearer's personal parameters further enhances binocular vision.
